Orders over $49 qualify for FREE standard Australia wide shipping. Must select in checkout (express carts may default to alternate shipping methods).

Please be patient with staff if you are making enquiries about your order as it is a very busy time for us. Local pickup orders are not processed at any faster speed than other orders so please wait for a order pickup email before coming to pickup. No orders are processed on the weekends so please don’t harass cafe staff about pickups as there are dedicated staff for our online department. 

Any delays with Australia Post are not within our control and we are unable to guarantee any delivery time frames. Please use the tracking number provided and follow Aus Post information before escalating any enquires with us. 

If you have an issue with an order you’ve received either incorrectly packed or missing/damaged items please e-mail us with your order number and full details including a photo and we will fix any issues as soon as possible. Please be patient with replies as we are often super busy in the cafe and packing orders and may be short staffed if people are off due to sickness.
