Paracelsus Punch - For those who often stray from the beaten path. Smoky, leathery notes reverberate with brooding strength in a creamy body and ending with a snappy bittersweet chocolate finish. Best brewed in: plungers, stovetop espresso, domestic espresso machines, commercial espresso machines (some find this blend a tad aggressive in a plunger, though others are attracted to the oomph).
